All application data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, Inc., running on AWS infrastructure in the United States. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Access to data within the application is governed by Row Level Security (RLS) policies — users can only access data belonging to their own organization. We apply the principle of least privilege throughout the system.
While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
We share data with the following third-party providers solely to operate the Service:

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes — to maintain your login session across page loads. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The authentication cookie is httpOnly and scoped to the app domain.

If your personal information is entered into Muster by an employer or manager, that organization is the data controller for that information. We process it on their behalf as a data processor. Employees with questions about how their employer uses their data within Muster should contact their employer directly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service is intended for use by businesses and their adult employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
